STANDOUT JUNIOR PLAYER, PARTH RAINA, HAS BANNER YEAR IN 2011

Idaho Tennis Association and Idaho Tennis Foundation would like to recognize Treasure Valley junior player Parth Raina for his ongoing success on and off the court during the 2011 season.

Parth's remarkable accomplishments this year included victories on the state, regional and national level, while he continued hosting his tennis clinics, teaching six Treasure Valley players over the summer and giving ongoing lessons to three more throughout the year.

This summer, Parth donated a portion of the proceeds he earned from teaching lessons to Idaho Tennis Foundation. The $350 contribution will be used by the foundation to promote the “Tennis is Elementary” afterschool program.

When he wasn't on court competing and instructing, Parth was also busy maintaining his 4.0+ grade point average.

Congratulations, Parth! You make Idaho proud!
